Frequently Asked Questions

What does my exhibitor booth include?

Booth spaces are 10’ by 10’. Booths will come equipped with pipe and drape, one table with a vinyl tablecloth and skirting, two chairs, a wastebasket and a one-line identification sign.

Booth Information:

You are welcome to bring your own tablecloth, although your table will come with a white vinyl cloth and skirt. The identification sign provided for you comes with the booth and helps with move-in, but you are welcome to bring your own. Pins, tape or staples are not permitted to be used to attach items to the drapes. You may use binder clips or “S” hooks with fishing line to hang light weight items. All display, demonstrations or other activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibitor’s assigned booth. No booth display element may extend beyond contracted booth side boundaries.

How can I get power to my booth?

Electrical hookups are available for purchase before the Expo for a discounted rate. Please email Sheri@fredericksburgchamber.org for a form. Electrical hookups can be purchased on the show floor at the event directly from the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center by completing an electrical order form. You are responsible for your own extension cords and power strips. We strongly urge you to bring a surge protector plug-in strip, even if you only have one item to plug in.

What time can I set up and move out?

Doors will open on the day of the Expo at 8:00am. Be sure to bring your own carts, additional manpower and everything you need to get your items from your vehicle to your booth. There is no guarantee that extra carts or other items will be available for use during set up or move out. Booths must be manned during event hours. Do not begin tear down until 5:00p.m., which is the end of the show. Exhibitor must leave booth space in the same conditions in which it was found. All boxes, crates, pallets, brochures, etc. must be removed.
