Business of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year Awards
The purpose of the Business of the Year awards is to recognize local businesses that have achieved success while supporting initiatives and organizations that enhance the quality of life in the region. There are two categories for Business of the Year: 1) a company with 15 employees or less, and 2) a company with more than 15 employees. The Entrepreneur of the Year award is to acknowledge and celebrate the individual who recently started a new business.

Each year, the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce presents the Prince B. Woodard Leadership Award to an individual that exhibits those same characteristics.
