Opening Multi-Function Location on William Street
ALEXANDRIA, Va– Burke & Herbert Financial Services Corp. (the “Company” or “Burke & Herbert”) (Nasdaq: BHRB) today announced that it is continuing its expansion of banking services with the opening of a new office in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The two-story location, at the corner of William and Liberty Streets, brings together Burke & Herbert commercial, business, mortgage, and wealth teams. A retail branch, at the same location, is set to open early 2026. This will be the second retail branch for the Company in Fredericksburg.

Commercial lenders led by Market President Jeff Rouse have moved into the second floor of 520 William Street. In the months following, a retail branch will take shape on the street level. “We’re excited to be in the center of Fredericksburg, a walkable area complete with vibrant businesses, arts, restaurants, and historical venues for our associates, and a more convenient location for our clients,” commented Rouse. “As we staff this new location, we plan to build a local team that exemplifies our responsive, service-oriented philosophy.”

The Bank’s commercial team was previously located at 417 Wolfe Street, a few blocks from the new location. Mellors, Rouse, and another Fredericksburg local, Paul Covill, Vice President and Commercial Banking Executive, have relocated from Wolfe Street to the new location.
The Bank currently operates a full-service retail branch at 2521 Cowan Boulevard, conveniently located in the Cowan Center on the Mary Washington Hospital Campus. The branch, equipped with a drive-up, will remain at its present location.
