Stafford, Va. – Crimson Coward Nashville Hot Chicken officially opened its second location in Virginia, bringing the heat to the local food fare. Building on the success of their inaugural east coast location in Woodbridge, Virginia, Crimson Coward expanded to this new store in Stafford in the Embrey Mill Town Center at the intersection of Courthouse Road and Austin Ridge Drive.

“This new store brings the core menu with the signature Crimson Rub spice combination, along with our fresh made signature sides like Joey Eat fries, fried pickles, and the Crimson onion, and a few additions you can only get on the east coast,” said Nabil Asad, managing partner of Restaurant Management Group-Mid Atlantic (RMG-MA) and store owner. “We are extremely honored to be a part of this growing brand and its expansion in the DMV-area.”

Every Crimson Coward Nashville Hot Chicken joint offers a variety of hand cut, marinated chicken meals and tempting homemade sides and is dedicated to creating a unique dining experience with an open kitchen design. It begins with fresh food cooked in front of guests and made to order so every meal is hot and tender. Each piece of the fresh never frozen chicken is breaded and finished with the heat level of the guest’s choice: country, which has no heat, mild, medium, Crimson-hot, and Burn Baby Burn for those looking to fire up their taste buds.

The Stafford and Woodbridge locations are just the beginning of the restaurant’s expansion plans. Crimson Coward will open 25 total locations in Virginia as well as 25 in Maryland in the coming years, with another store set to open in Fredericksburg Virginia later this spring.

“Our team is happy to have this new location opened and be a part of the growing restaurant selections in Stafford,” said John Filipiak of RMG-MA. “We are excited to share the Crimson flavor with the local community.”

The Crimson Coward team in Stafford will hold a customer appreciation event in March.
