SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT:
Andy Dallas, CCIM, SIOR has been promoted to senior vice president. Mr. Dallas focuses on office, medical and warehouse properties in the Peninsula area of Hampton Roads. With 18 years of industry experience, he delivers value to clients with his extensive market knowledge and high-quality customer service.
Clark Simpson has been promoted to senior vice president. Mr. Simpson joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Groups in 2019, focusing on investment sales in Hampton Roads. Since joining Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, Mr. Simpson has closed investment sales transactions worth over $130,000,000 of retail, industrial, office, and multifamily properties.
Clay Taylor, CCIM has been promoted to senior vice president. Mr. Taylor joined Thalhimer’s Roanoke office as Vice President in the Capital Markets Group in 2020, specializing in multifamily and investment property. For over a decade, Clay has served clients in Southwest Virginia and Central Virginia and has participated in many notable investment sales throughout the region.
Rett Turner, CCIM, SIOR has been promoted to senior vice president. Mr. Turner specializes in Corporate Portfolio Services and Tenant Representation in Thalhimer’s Richmond office, experienced in assisting large and small companies with managing global real estate portfolios and requirements. He has more than 19 years of experience in corporate real estate.
Janet Whitbeck has been promoted to senior vice president. Ms. Whitbeck has been in the commercial real estate market for 35 years and with Thalhimer for more than 18 years. Her primary focus has been Industrial sales and investment sales of industrial products. For a number of years, her focus was also on the office/warehouse condo market and the office condo market in the Hampton Roads region.
Alex T. Wotring has been promoted to senior vice president. Mr. Wotring is a member of Thalhimer’s Retail Services Group in Richmond, specializing in tenant and landlord representation. One of his principal focus areas and expertise is tenant site selection across Virginia for strategic site development. While at Thalhimer, he has represented a broad spectrum of clients that range from Fortune 500 corporations to local operators with one or two properties.
FIRST VICE PRESIDENT:
Dean G. Martin has been promoted to first vice president. Mr. Martin, since joining Thalhimer in 2014, has focused on all facets of commercial real estate in Hampton Roads with a concentration on the retail sector, including land acquisition, site selection, landlord and tenant representation, retail strategies, pre-development leasing, and development services.
VICE PRESIDENT:
Price Gutshall has been promoted to vice president. Mr. Gutshall is a member of Thalhimer’s Office Services Group in Roanoke and specializes in both landlord and tenant representation, as well as sales working with sellers and investors across product types in the commercial real estate market.
Karla Knight has been promoted to vice president. Ms. Knight specializes in office tenant representation and corporate services and has more than ten years of commercial real estate experience. As part of Thalhimer’s Tenant Advisory Group, Ms. Knight helps clients devise and implement long-term strategies designed to reduce costs and optimize the efficiency of their overall real estate footprint.
Bo McKown has been promoted to vice president. Mr. McKown is a member of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group and has over seven years of Capital Markets experience across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. During his career, Mr. McKown has been involved in over $2 billion of transactions including investment sales, equity recapitalizations, and debt placement across all property types. His main specialty is investment sales for the region’s income-producing industrial, flex, multifamily and office assets.
SENIOR ASSOCIATE:
Mark J. Banach has been promoted to senior associate. Mr. Banach joined Thalhimer’s Fredericksburg office in 2018 and focuses on retail leasing, development, tenant representation, and investment sales.
