Celebrating the grand opening of Fredericksburg ER (FSER), Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center’s (SRMC) freestanding ER. FSER will have 11 private treatment rooms, Board certified emergency medicine physicians who are trained in both adult & pediatric care, advanced imaging for diagnostics & testing, including CT, X-ray, ultrasound on-site laboratory & free ambulance service to SRMC.
