The Jefferson Motel, LLC purchased the 4,700 square foot former motel property, consisting of 16 rooms, from Samir Ashraf for $900,000 as an investment. The property is conveniently located across from Eagle Village Shopping Center, near the University of Mary Washington and Mary Washington Hospital Medical Campus.
