The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Fredericksburg Regional Society of Human Resources (FRSHRM) to celebrate the installation of new officers.
Susan Spears, Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce President and CEO opened the event, “These are all folks who volunteer their time to make a difference for professionals in our community, these are the folks that are the backbone of business. Small business or large business it makes no difference, human resources is where you go when you need to make a business run.”
Established in 1984, as the premier HR organization in the Fredericksburg Region, we are committed to advancing the capabilities of our HR professionals. We provide value to our members by offering professional development opportunities and a common forum to network, share ideas, and experiences that promote the learning process.
FRSHRM meets monthly on the second Thursday of each month. The Chapter provides career development and education through seminars, workshops and presentations as well as offers the opportunity to network with other HR professionals.
