Location: Stafford Regional Airport

Audience: Approximately 2,500 sixth grade students and accompanying staff and parent chaperones.
As a leader in your industry, your participation can inspire and educate students about the skills, opportunities, and career pathways in your field. Whether through interactive exhibits, hands-on demonstrations, or engaging conversations, your involvement will play a critical role in shaping students’ early career awareness and exploration.
How You Can Participate:

This is an outdoor event with a rain date. Please ensure you are available on both dates in case of inclement weather.

Any food in your display MUST be nut free and allergen information should be clearly visible.

This event is a critical first step in the middle school phase of our career exploration initiative: EmpowerED Exploration.
Register to Host an Exhibitor Booth TODAY! A standard booth is roughly 10′ x 10′ with a 6’ table and 2 chairs. Your table may be on asphalt or grass. Participation is free, but YOU MUST REGISTER TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE. Together, we can inspire students’ curiosity and empower their decisions so they are prepared to excel as they explore meaningful career pathways.
