Fredericksburg, Virginia, July 9, 2025 – Metro Nova Creative has donated $800 to Central Rappahannock Regional Library through a new fundraising campaign. Metro Nova Creative, a creative agency that helps local businesses find their brand identity, raises funds for local nonprofits by creating unique designs and selling them as shirts, stickers, and other merchandise. Earlier this year, Metro Nova focused their fundraising efforts on Central Rappahannock Regional Library. The uniquely designed, reading-themed items were available for purchase from Metro Nova’s online store earlier this year, and proceeds were given to the library.
The $800 donation will go toward IdeaSpace, the library’s MakerLab. Located in downtown Fredericksburg, IdeaSpace provides training and access to equipment such as a sound booth for audio/video recording, 3D printers, 3D scanners, a laser cutter, and more. All of the equipment and required training are free to the community.
Founded by Dan Craddock in 2014, Metro Nova Creative specializes in branding, website design, logo design, and marketing. Through this new fundraising initiative, Craddock hopes to continue their community-driven mission. Other local businesses that have collaborated on this fundraising effort include Sure Shot Screen Printing and Illusions Wraps. Both companies aided in printing.
“We wanted to get back to who we are—helping small businesses and supporting the community,” Craddock says. “Every quarter, we pick a local organization, create an artistic design inspired by their mission, and sell shirts and stickers to raise funds for them. But we don’t tell them in advance—it’s a surprise.”
Central Rappahannock Regional Library would like to thank Metro Nova Creative, Sure Shot Screen Printing, and Illusions Wraps for their donations.
