FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA, June 14, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 8.34 acres at 6101 Smith Station Road in Spotsylvania County, Virginia.
HHH Holdings, LLC purchased the acreage from Spots Corp. for $750,000 as an investment and plans to develop a Sheetz location on the site.
