FREDERICKSBURG, VA — July, 2026 — Blue Stallion Leadership proudly announces the inaugural launch of THE ARENA, a transformational personal and professional growth experience taking place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Created by leadership consultant and entrepreneur Rob Marcus, THE ARENA was born from a simple observation: every day, accomplished professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and subject matter experts possess ideas capable of changing lives and organizations—yet many never reach the people who need to hear them most.
