Chair
Dr. Janet L. S. Brown-Page is a credentialed professional coach and former mental health therapist with Fairfax County. She is a retired senior manager with the federal government and currently leads a private counseling firm offering mediation, individual and family coaching, and reunification services. She lives in Stafford County.
Vice Chair
Jennifer Clark Evans has lived and taught in the Fredericksburg area for 30 years. Throughout her career, she has taught English and Psychology at the middle and high school levels. Ms. Clark Evans appreciates and has made extensive use of various library services as an educator and as a mother who raised her children in downtown Fredericksburg.
Library Board of Trustees members are appointed by and represent their jurisdictions, donating their time as advocates for the public. Trustees work closely with the library’s Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director to determine library policy, adopt budgets, and support library legislation on a state and national level.
