This special event begins with an official Ribbon Cutting, followed by an exclusive VIP Social Hour featuring complimentary appetizers and cocktail tastings. Guests will then enjoy a live chef demonstration with Executive Chef and Co-Founder Ype Von Hengst before the evening transitions into a Network at Nite, where attendees can connect with fellow Chamber members, community leaders, and business professionals.

Guests will have the opportunity to experience Silver Diner’s newest seasonal offerings, including the NEW Lobster Pasta, featuring lobster chunks in a creamy tarragon lobster sauce with asparagus, roasted corn, tomato, Romano cheese, and angel hair pasta.
Following the chef demonstration, guests are invited to stay for dinner, available for purchase from Silver Diner’s regular menu, while learning more about the inspiration behind the restaurant’s chef-driven dishes, its commitment to fresh ingredients, and what makes Silver Diner a unique dining destination.
