Fredericksburg Regional Transit (FXBGO!) is excited to announce new realignments of the Stafford County bus routes, as well as a new route naming system. Taking effect December 1, 2025, these changes aim to enhance the clarity and accessibility of our transportation service.
Responding to extensive community feedback received during our Transit Strategic Plan, the newly revised Stafford routes will streamline service, reduce travel times, and better connect residents to key destinations throughout the County. These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to create a more efficient and user-friendly public transit system.
In addition to the route realignments, FXBGO! is also introducing new route names. Beginning December 1st2025, all Stafford County routes will be renamed to exclusively feature numbers. To aid riders in this transition, detailed maps and schedules will be available at Central Station and on FXBGO!’s Website beginning in November.
