22407. The new freestanding Fredericksburg ER is located on Route 3 across the street from Royal Farms and located next to Meadow Farms Nursery. This 12,000 square-foot facility is approximately 8 miles from Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. “We’ve seen our community grow tremendously in recent years, and this new
freestanding emergency room allows us to meet the need for 24/7 emergency care close to where people live and work,” said Ryan DeWeese, chief executive officer of Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. “We are excited to open this new campus where members of our community can come for convenient, comprehensive, emergency
medical care.” The state-of-the-art ER will be staffed with board-certified emergency medicine physicians and nurses, 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, just like an emergency room that
is housed within the walls of a hospital. Designed to meet the community’s growing health care needs, Fredericksburg ER will feature:
• 11 private treatment rooms – featuring one trauma room and 10 exam rooms
