Land Sells in Fredericksburg for Future Restaurant Development
FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA, June 12, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 0.44 acres at 554 Warrenton Road in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
SBA Development, LLC purchased the acreage from Quarles Petroleum Inc. for $585,000 and plans to develop a restaurant on the property.
