Stafford Hospital also kicked off the new year with an exciting arrival of their own! Baby Eleo Neteyam, weighing 7 pounds, 11 ounces, made his debut January 1 at 6:46 a.m., bringing joy to his parents, Carmen and Enock of Stafford, and the entire community. Carmen said, “I was not expecting a New Year baby because his estimated due date was December 21! He decided to come on a special day of a new year.”
