A Network at Nite is a great opportunity to promote your business/organization and the Chamber is committed to making it as profitable as possible. A Network at Nite is for Chamber members and their guests only and is not open to the general public. Contact the Chamber events team to learn more about hosting a Network at Nite.
Pre Event We will help to get the word out about the event to the FRCC membership. One month prior, staff will begin to notify Chamber members about the event. Here’s how:
ChamberEblast: A weekly member e-mail newsletter.
Chamber Website: The event will be listed on the Chamber Website calendar.
Chamber Social Media: Promote on Facebook and/or Instagram
Post Event Staff will follow-up with a picture of the Event on our Social Media outlets and the weekly e-newsletter
REGISTRATION FOR THE EVENT
Prior to the event, Chamber Staff will collect the RSVP’s for the event. The FRCC will provide staff to run the on-site registration. This allows time to greet and meet members at the door. A list of attendees will be provided after the event upon request.
FACILITY
The location should accommodate 75-250 people and held in an area that lends itself to networking.
One (1) six-foot table should be set up at the main entrance. Chamber staff will use this for registration.
Two (2) beverage areas and three (3) food areas are recommended.
HOURS
Network at Nite is held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Good food and beverages always helps to make a successful event. The host business/organization will be responsible for the cost of the food and beverage. If alcoholic beverages are to be served, there must also be non-alcoholic beverages available. Open bars only – no cash bars. If alcohol will not be served, please advise the Chamber office as soon as possible so that the Network at Nite may be advertised as a non-alcoholic event. We encourage hosts to use FRCC member caterers for the event.
