STAFFORD, VA — The North Stafford Rotary Club (NSRC) announces its 2026 Flags for Heroes campaign. From Memorial Day through Flag Day, approximately 200 American flags will be displayed at the Stafford County Government Center to honor veterans, first responders, and community leaders.
Proceeds support the Stafford American Legion Post 290 Foundation, benefiting local veterans and youth through humanitarian aid and educational scholarships.
Sponsorship Opportunities
The community is invited to participate through both individual and business sponsorships:

Individual Sponsorships: For $25, individuals can sponsor a flag in honor of their personal hero. Sponsors can receive a digital certificate of appreciation and a window cling (while supplies last).

Business Sponsorships: Local businesses can choose from three levels to receive recognition on the official Flags for Heroes Sponsor Banner and social media platforms:

Platinum ($500+): Includes one hero sponsorship, logo on the banner, and recognition on the NSRC website, social media, and press releases.

Gold ($250–$499): Includes one hero sponsorship, logo on the banner, and social media recognition.

Silver ($150–$249): Includes one hero sponsorship and business logo on the banner.

Sponsorship Deadline: Forms and logos must be submitted by May 15, 2026, for inclusion on the Sponsor Banner.

Closing Ceremony: Tuesday, June 16, at 4:00 PM on the Stafford Courthouse steps.
