Located in downtown Fredericksburg, The Oberle Academy is a private day school dedicated to empowering students in grades 3–12 through individualized learning, career and technical education (CTE), and hands-on community partnerships. Since 1991, our school has remained committed to bridging education and employment by preparing students for success in both college and the workforce.

This fall, Oberle launched an Agriscience and Gardening Program, where students gain practical experience in sustainability, horticulture, and environmental stewardship. Oberle offers multiple CTE pathways, including Culinary Arts, Cosmetology, Carpentry, and Agriscience, designed to give students real-world experiences in high-demand industries. Through another school program, Education for Employment (EFE), students are making a direct impact in the community by volunteering at Habitat for Humanity and the SPCA of Fredericksburg while developing essential job skills and workplace readiness. Our partnership with Germanna Community College enables us to provide dual enrollment opportunities, allowing students to earn certifications that prepare them for immediate employment in the trades. The Germanna Welding I class is currently underway, and Oberle is proud to announce the graduation of dual-enrolled students who completed Electricity I this past spring.

Currently, we offer a rolling enrollment for students in upper elementary, middle, and high school, as well as for students who have earned their applied studies diploma and are eligible for continued education and training.
