CTI REAL ESTATE is committed to giving back to the community in a tangible way.  Our entire CTI REAL ESTATE Team of Professionals is dedicated to providing the level of service our clients expect and certainly deserve.
At CTI REAL ESTATE, it is a priority to provide educational development opportunities to our community through our real estate pre-licensing classes, our real estate strategy seminars, and the community service initiatives we support and host.

Annually, CTI REAL ESTATE, and our featured vendors, provide a $2500 Scholarship and at least five $500 Honorable Mention Awards to Youth matriculating to TRADE SCHOOL, a 2-Year COMMUNITY COLLEGE, or a 4-Year UNIVERSITY.
