Join us as we celebrate 20 years of Leadership Fredericksburg and the hundreds of leaders who have shaped our region through service, collaboration, and community impact.
The afternoon begins with a Leadership Summit (2:30–5:00 PM) featuring alumni and faculty discussions that reflect on the program’s legacy, leadership lessons, and vision for the future.
As part of the Summit, Greg Hiebert, Leadership Fredericksburg’s founding faculty lead, will present “Seeing with New Eyes: Leadership Reflections from a Shift in Altitude and Attitude.” Having helped shape, launch, and sustain Leadership Fredericksburg through its first eight years, Greg will share reflections on leadership, perspective, and the lessons that continue to resonate 20 years later.
The celebration continues with an Anniversary Reception and Dinner (5:00–7:30 PM) honoring alumni, faculty, sponsors, and community partners while recognizing the people and partnerships that have made Leadership Fredericksburg a cornerstone of regional leadership development.
