Rappahannock Goodwill (RGI) announces the appointment of a new board member and the election of new officers.

Felicia Ainsa, Director of Economic Development for Rappahannock Electric Cooperative, joins Rappahannock Goodwill’s Board of Directors. Felicia’s passion for community development and her dedication to empowering individuals align perfectly with RGI’s mission.

In addition to welcoming Felicia Ainsa, RGI announces the newly elected board officers for the upcoming year:

  • Brian Roinestad, Director of Purchasing at Atlantic Builders, was voted Board Chair.
  • Andy Withers, Senior Vice President, Central CRE Region Group Leader at Atlantic Union Bank, assumes the role of Vice Chair. Andy has previously served as Treasurer.
  • John Rogers, Local Sales Manager at Effectv, a Comcast Company, continues his role as Treasurer.
  • Stephanie Lyles, Director of Marketing Outreach at Topside Federal Credit Union, retains her position as Board Secretary.

Steve Cox, President and CEO of Rappahannock Goodwill, expressed his appreciation for these developments, stating, “I am thrilled to welcome Felicia Ainsa to our Board of Directors. I am also excited for our outstanding newly elected officers. With the addition of Felicia and our new board officers, Rappahannock Goodwill is strategically positioned to continue our mission of creating work opportunities, offering job search assistance, and providing employment skills training to empower individuals across the region.”

The Board is grateful for the leadership of Martha Hutzel, Executive Director of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library, who served as Board Chair for the past two years and continues her service on the Board of Directors.
