FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA, February 28, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 203 Lansdowne Road in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia.
The Norman R. Seay Trust solicited Thalhimer to stabilize and sell the restaurant property. Thalhimer suggested and managed building improvements and revised and executed a new lease with the restaurant operator under favorable terms. Once stabilized, Thalhimer sold the single-tenant net-leased, 3,914 square foot restaurant to 203 Lansdowne Road as an investment for $500,000.
