Office Building Sells for $3.7M in Stafford County, Virginia
FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA, July 16, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 15 Riverside Parkway in Stafford County, Virginia.
Erkin Tentishev purchased the 22,894 square foot office building from the American Traffic Safety Services Association for $3,700,000 and plans to locate the Asian Medical Institute there.
